Acceptance of Terms & Consent
By accessing 195, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. 195 reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the site, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
To register on 195, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each individual may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not share this information with any unauthorised person. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify 195 immediately.
The account verification (KYC) process may require submission of a national ID or other accepted documents. 195 reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to have provided false information.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All platform users must comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Conducting transactions or betting using fraudulent information
- Using another user's identity or account credentials
- Attempting to damage the platform's software or systems
- Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
- Registering or gaming while being a minor
If you engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 195 may immediately suspend or terminate your account and, where necessary, notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Platform Usage Rules & Gaming Terms
The 195 platform offers Sports Betting (including cricket and football), slots, and Live Casino services. Each game or betting category has its own rules, detailed on the relevant page.
Your account is strictly for personal use. Sharing your account with a third party or using it for commercial purposes is prohibited. 195 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game, betting option, or feature at any time.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own terms and conditions, which are published separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on 195 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the payments page. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Deposits are generally instant, while withdrawals are typically completed within 24–48 hours.
195 will not be held responsible for failed transactions caused by incomplete or incorrect information. If you experience any transaction issues, please contact the support team with your reference number. Any tax or duty obligations are the sole responsibility of the user.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy
195 is not liable for any financial loss or data loss resulting from technical errors, internet outages, or third-party issues. All gaming and betting activities are conducted at the user's own risk.
An account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found
- Operating multiple accounts
- Submitting false or forged documents during the KYC verification process
- If money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected
If an account is closed, a defined process must be followed to recover any legitimate balance. Bonus or promotional balances will not be refunded.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
All content, design, software, logos, trademarks, and branding elements on the 195 platform are the intellectual property of 195. Reproducing, republishing, or distributing these materials without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken in the event of any infringement.
The platform may contain links to third-party game providers or payment services. If a user chooses to use those services, the relevant third party's policies will apply, and 195 will not be held responsible for their actions.
